Border Tire is all things tire. We are a Michelin Commercial Service Network Dealer (MCSN) specializing in medium-duty, heavy-duty, agricultural, and industrial-size tires. We carry a wide variety of brands to meet your needs.
Join the Border Tire team Border Tire is hiring a Service Manager in Phoenix, AZ

Responsibilities:

• Forecasts goals and objectives for the department and strives to meet them.
• Hires, trains, motivates, counsels, and monitors the performance of all service department staff.
• Prepares and administers an annual operating budget for the service department.
• Monitors and controls the performance of the department using appropriate reports, tracking systems, and surveys.
• Develops and implements a marketing plan which promotes new and repeat business.
• Understands, keeps abreast of, and complies with federal, state, and local regulations that affect service operations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know, etc.
• Understands and ensures compliance with manufacturer warranty and policy procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university, preferred.
• Two to four years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to manage simultaneous custom projects with strong understanding of production scheduling.
• Must have good verbal communication skills and the ability to calmly resolve issues that arise.
• Must be able to motivate others and lead by example.
• Must be self-motivated, detail oriented and professional at all times.
• Manufacturer Training?
• Must?have a valid Driver's License.?
