The Senior Project Manager is to lead, collaborate and develop team members; setting standards on directing and coordinating all activities of a project. The Senior Project Manager will work with many key stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Develop project scopes, objectives and communication, involving all relevant stakeholders
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Ensure resource availability and allocation, including overall staffing needs
- Measure project performance utilizing appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Provide on-site leadership for the project team by building and motivating team members to meet key performance indicators (KPI)
- Perform all work in strict accordance with scope, directions, specifications and OSHA rules, regulations and company policies.
- Ensuring that safety policies are strictly adhered to.
- Conduct roof surveys and meet with clients to assess requirements, take measurements, photos, and collect data to be used in plan.
- Provide technical support and guidance to personnel as required.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, communicate project updates, and manage expectations to ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
- Additional duties as needed.

Required:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or five plus years as a Field Supervisor
- Roofing and/or construction knowledge
- Proven experience in supervising field operations
- Proficiency in Google, MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and project management software
- The ability to work in different environmental conditions.
- Strong leadership and communications skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Highly trained in conflict management and business negotiation processes
- Valid Driver's License
Preferred:
- Proficient in the safe handling and utilization of ladders
- Working knowledge in the commercial roofing and/or construction industry
