The Position & Title: Enterprise Sales Representative
Job Description: As an Enterprise Sales Representative, your key responsibilities are to generate leads, advance the sales process, and close new business. Ideally, you would quickly establish a robust book of business while conducting research to identify leads and reach business targets through in-person interactions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and expand a portfolio of clients, identifying their logistics needs and providing tailored freight solutions.
- Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts.
- Know key decision makers to initiate sales.
- Collaborate with team members to determine necessary strategic sales approaches.
- Maintain and expand the company's database of prospects.
- Enter new customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate database and CRM.
- Work with various teams to ensure smooth communication and logistics service delivery.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell our client's services.
- Be willing to perform prospecting activities including phone calls and in-person canvassing.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and driving revenue growth.
- Strong negotiation skills with a keen understanding of market dynamics.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, (possibly remote) work environment while maintaining high levels of productivity.
- Demonstrate leadership qualities and commitment to team collaboration.
- Experience with converting cold prospects into clients.
Nice-to-have Qualifications:
- Familiarity with freight brokerage tools
- 3+ years in domestic transportation 3PL sales (non-asset preferred).
- Have an established network within the transportation and logistics industry
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35, $50,000.00 per year
