Brand Manager - Product Launches & Retail Partnerships (Activation)

OVERVIEW

The Brand Manager leads brand strategy, campaign execution, and performance monitoring across B2B channels. This role manages full-lifecycle product and collection launches, develops marketing collateral, sets KPIs, and evaluates post-launch performance. The position partners with Fashion, Bridal, and Men's divisions, identifies growth opportunities, and prepares ongoing divisional marketing reports.

The Brand Manager also oversees department store activations with retail partners such as VM, Saks, Neiman Marcus, and Nordstrom, and develops educational materials and brand storytelling that strengthen customer loyalty and brand equity. Cross-functional collaboration, strong analytical skills, and data-driven decision making are essential.

Marketing Campaign Management

  • Oversee the creation, execution, and performance monitoring of marketing campaigns across B2B channels, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand alignment
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Retail Relations teams to plan, execute, and evaluate brand activations in a timely manner
  • Support tactical and seasonal cross-channel activations including Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Holiday campaigns

New Product and Collection Launches

  • Lead the full, cross-functional new product launch cycle from pre-launch planning through launch execution and post-launch evaluation
  • Develop comprehensive marketing collateral and full launch packs, coordinating deployment across all channels
  • Set KPIs for newly launched products and contribute to product concept creation, packaging, storytelling, and key selling points
  • Conduct post-launch analysis that incorporates sales analytics and integrated reporting

Fashion, Bridal, and Men's Division Support

  • Analyze each division, define strategic opportunities, and collaborate with product owners
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly divisional marketing reports

Department Store Activations

  • Drive brand marketing partnerships and collaborations with key department stores including VM, Saks, Neiman Marcus, and Nordstrom
  • Manage tailored marketing activations in partnership with department stores and travel retail marketing teams
  • Conduct post-campaign evaluations inclusive of digital, ecommerce, and direct-to-consumer channels

Brand Marketing and Special Projects

  • Develop and manage marketing and sales educational materials, storytelling, and clear calls to action in collaboration with a copywriter
  • Contribute to building brand equity and fostering strong customer loyalty
  • Update brand marketing presentations aligned with marketing strategy, positioning, and current activations
  • Update sales and retail decks as well as monthly marketing presentations

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with product owners, merchandising, sales, and design teams to ensure integrated brand efforts and successful product launches

Performance Monitoring

  • Track and analyze key performance indicators, gather consumer feedback, monitor industry trends, and develop insights to optimize campaign effectiveness
  • Conduct quarterly competitor analyses and SWOT assessments

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of brand marketing and brand management experience
  • Strong analytical and research skills to understand market trend
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
  • Proven track record in brand management, innovation pipelines, and marketing campaigns
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools and budget management
  • Preferably experienced within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $100, $115,000.00 per year
