Room Attendant

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. As a Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas within our hotel. Duties

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas, ensuring all surfaces are spotless.
• Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities according to hotel standards.
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and coffee items as needed.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the housekeeping management team promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness in public areas, including hallways, lobbies, and restrooms.
• Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist with laundry duties as required to ensure an adequate supply of clean linens and towels.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests or inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.

Skills

• Strong custodial skills with a focus on cleanliness and attention to detail.
• Experience in housekeeping management preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment is an asset.
• Ability to perform industrial cleaning tasks efficiently while adhering to safety standards.
• Excellent hospitality skills with a commitment to providing outstanding service to guests.
• Previous experience in hotel environments is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
