Responsibilities:

• Prepare and execute menu items to recipe specifications with consistency and speed
• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies and ingredients
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations and prep areas
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
• Follow health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling and sanitation
• Assist with prep and other kitchen duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen preferred
• Solid understanding of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy service
• Team player with a positive attitude and passion for food
