Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Professional Breakfast Cooker to join our culinary team. Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast items according to established recipes and menu specifications
• Ensure all food is prepared safely, maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards
• Assist in menu planning for breakfast offerings, incorporating seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils
• Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, notifying management of shortages or needs
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy breakfast hours
• Adhere to food safety regulations and quality control procedures at all times
• Support catering or special event breakfast service as needed
• Demonstrate excellent food presentation skills to enhance guest satisfaction

Qualifications

• Previous experience in dietary departments, culinary roles, or food service environments preferred
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen safety standards
• Experience with menu planning, meal preparation, and food handling in fine dining or restaurant settings is a plus
• Proficiency in knife skills and food presentation techniques
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Culinary experience within the food industry, including catering or serving roles, is advantageous
