About Us:

We are seeking a BCBA Consultant to provide clinical expertise and guidance on a flexible basis.

Job Summary:

The BCBA will play a key role in supporting the development and implementation of individualized ABA treatment plans. This position is flexible and primarily focused on clinical consultation, and clinical supervision. The ideal candidate is an experienced BCBA who values autonomy and is passionate about providing high-quality, evidence-based services.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Consultation & Support:

  • Provide expert guidance on individualized ABA treatment plans.
  • Conduct clinical assessments and behavioral evaluations as needed.
  • Offer clinical supervision to RBTs and therapists implementing intervention strategies.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment recommendations accordingly.

Staff Training & Mentorship:

  • Provide occasional training and supervision to therapists and RBTs.
  • Support professional development through coaching and feedback.
  • Ensure treatment integrity by offering case-specific recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
  • Minimum 1 years of ABA experience working with individuals with autism.
  • Strong clinical judgment and ability to provide effective consultation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Passion for supporting individuals with autism and their families.
