Job Summary
A growing, mission-driven organization is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join one of its three locations in Colorado Springs, CO. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work within a trauma-informed, ethical, and child-focused clinical environment. Services are delivered in-center, in-home, and within the community, with sessions scheduled Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., supporting a healthy work-life balance. The organization emphasizes individualized programming, collaboration, and evidence-based practice.

Salary: $80,000–$100,000 per year
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Provide direct clinical oversight and supervision to clinical staff
- Deliver services in-center, in-home, and community settings as appropriate
- Ensure treatment programs incorporate functional life skills, physical wellness, self-care, mindfulness, and communication development
- Monitor client progress, analyze data, and adjust programs as needed
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports
- Serve as the clinical leader for the assigned center
- Mentor and support new BCBAs
- Collaborate with families to ensure transparency, trust, and engagement
- Promote a collaborative, compassionate, and positive team culture
- Meet or exceed performance metrics established with the leadership team
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification
- Meets BACB standards for supervision requirements
- Experience working with children and adolescents ages 2–20 with developmental disabilities or behavioral disorders
- Strong experience in behavioral assessment, treatment planning, and clinical report writing
- Familiarity with assessment tools such as Vineland, VB-MAPP, ABLLS, and AFLS preferred
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership, clinical integrity, and alignment with trauma-informed care principles
- Self-awareness of personal bias and commitment to ethical practice
