Property Manager

Hamptons Property Services, based in Bridgehampton, is a rapidly growing full service residential caretaking / property management company serving vacation homeowners from Southampton to Amagansett.

As part of our expansion plan we require highly motivated and energetic Property Managers to join the team. This exciting and dynamic position will report directly to the Senior Property Manager.

The role will primarily involve:

• Regular visits to client properties to perform full property wide inspections, report the findings to clients, and address any urgent issues.
• Visit client properties to provide access to HPS subcontractors / 3rd party vendors and communicate updates as necessary to the client.
• Recommend to clients appropriate preventative maintenance and discretionary home improvements.
• Communicate in response to client inquiries and requests, in a timely, professional and effective manner.
• Manage relationships with subcontractors to scope work, obtain estimates, schedule work, monitor progress and resolve issues.
• Office administrative duties including client and vendor invoice approvals and the maintenance of customer records.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be observant and detail orientated. You will also need to be highly organized, with effective time management skills and with a strong background in customer service. You must possess a clean driver's license, a college degree, be IT literate, physically fit and hard working.

The candidate should live on the South Fork of Long Island (Hampton Bays and eastwards to Montauk, please, else kindly do not apply).
