Armed Security Officer

We are seeking professional Armed Security Guards with prior military or police department backgrounds to provide a safe and secure environment at a school campus. Ideal candidates are disciplined, alert, and able to act decisively while maintaining a calm, professional presence.

Responsibilities:

• Provide armed security services for a school campus
• Monitor entrances, exits, and campus grounds
• Deter, observe, and report suspicious or unsafe activity
• Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies
• Complete accurate incident and daily activity reports
• Enforce site-specific policies and safety procedures
• Coordinate with school administration and local law enforcement as needed

Requirements:

• Valid Arizona DPS Armed Security Guard Card
• Prior military or law enforcement background is required
• Must qualify with duty firearm
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Strong communication, observation, and decision-making skills
• Professional demeanor and ability to work in a school environment

Pay: From $35.00 per hour
