Duties

• Greet customers warmly and listen attentively to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs
• Explain repair and maintenance procedures clearly, providing detailed auto estimates and service recommendations
• Upsell additional services such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake repairs, alignments, suspension work, and transmission diagnostics to maximize customer value
• Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs, track progress, and ensure timely completion of services
• Manage service writing tasks accurately, including documenting vehicle issues, parts used, labor performed, and billing details
• Handle cash transactions securely while maintaining precise records of payments received
• Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business

Qualifications

• Proven dealership experience or automotive service management background
• Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in automotive diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance procedures
• Experience working with service technicians on vehicle repairs such as oil changes, brake repairs, alignments, shocks & struts, diesel engine repair, air brake systems, and auto body repair
• Skilled in auto estimating software and service writing processes
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally
• Ability to upsell services effectively while maintaining integrity and customer trust
• Knowledge of automotive components including transmissions, suspensions, tires, and auto electrical systems such as air brakes or alignments is highly desirable

Pay: From $4,500.00 per month
