What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Plan, execute, and close technical projects utilizing Agile, SDLC, and Scrum methodologies
• Maintain program cadence and publish progress reports, aligning program and project releases
• Build and maintain relationships with company managers and senior managers for effective stakeholder communication
• Train technology teams on methodologies, processes, and PMO tools
• Customize PMO tools and templates to streamline project execution

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Strong capability in using PMO tools such as Clarizen and SharePoint
• Excellent planning, execution, and stakeholder management abilities
• Background in IT or related technical fields, demonstrating an understanding of technology project management
• Minimum of 12 months of experience managing medium complexity technical projects

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience working with Fortune 100 companies
• Familiarity with various project management frameworks beyond Agile and Scrum
• Certification in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
