Main ResponsibilitiesAs our Clinical Services Manager , you will play a crucial role in:
- Managing prescribing and wellbeing clinics
- Conducting audits and ensuring safeguarding measures are in place
- Leading clinical governance and monitoring key performance indicators
- Providing clinical supervision to nurses and conducting appraisals
- Delivering training to ensure adherence to the clinical code of conduct
- Shaping service delivery and contributing to clinically excellent services
We are looking for an inspiring role model who:
- Is a senior nurse with clinical experience in a drug and alcohol setting
- Can build strong relationships with colleagues, commissioners, and service users
- Has a working knowledge of safeguarding, substance use issues, and relevant legislation
- Is NMC registered with an active PIN
