Responsibilities:
- Pick items from warehouse shelves accurately according to order specifications.
- Pack items securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate packaging materials.
- Label packages clearly for shipping and handling.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity.
- Maintain a clean and organized packing station and work area.
- Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE at all times.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience as a picker/packer or in a similar warehouse role is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform frequent lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Understanding of basic shipping and logistics processes.
- Commitment to workplace safety.
