Job Overview: In this role, you will spearhead direct sales initiatives in your assigned territory. Through our extensive training program, you will learn how to effectively engage with small and medium-sized businesses across a variety of sectors, building strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers. You will focus on promoting premium supplemental insurance products and services to business owners and their employees. Expect meaningful interactions with clients, benefits managers, and employees, along with opportunities to present products to larger groups of 50 to 100+ participants. As a Sales Team Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in driving outreach efforts and making a positive impact. Responsibilities: The Sales Team Supervisor will dedicate part of their week to active sales activities while also balancing the need to provide training and mentorship to new team members. This role requires a unique blend of strong sales acumen and prior leadership experience. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting the sales team to enhance overall performance and sales results. Providing effective training and mentoring for new staff members. Implementing strategic sales initiatives and effective engagement tactics. Fostering a motivating environment with an inspirational attitude. Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge and providing exceptional customer service. Qualifications: Excellent communication skills for engaging with customers and the sales team. Proven leadership and strategic planning capabilities. Familiarity with successful sales methodologies. Capability to motivate and inspire others. Strong training and mentorship skills. Knowledge of products and services offered. Outstanding customer service skills. Additional Qualifications: Ability to pass a high-level pre-employment background check. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your state (or willingness to obtain it; training and licensing fees reimbursement available). Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 4 years of work experience (candidates within 6 months of earning their degree or with less than 4 years of relevant sales or athletic experience will be considered). Compensation & Benefits: Comprehensive training program, both in the classroom and in the field. Weekly draw pay option plus commission (with no caps and a short sales cycle of 3 business days), along with monthly cash sales bonuses and quarterly stock share bonuses.
