Responsibilities
This is a field-based role requiring extensive travel within your given territory.
Learn our complete product range through training and researching company literature, such as brochures for product/technical information and prices.
Receive telephone calls from retailers / clients, ensuring all calls are dealt with in a friendly and professional manner.
Be able to learn and present valuable technical insights to dealers on your given product range using these techniques to gain valuable showroom exposure.
Be driven by results and have an entrepreneurial approach to developing your given sales territory.
Promote and train retailers / clients on new products, technical information, and promotional activity.
Arrange and facilitate site tours for retailers / clients.
Utilise the company’s CRM database to create reports and sales actions for your given territory.
Meet ongoing customer service requirements, as needed.
Work with the customer service team to ensure accurate information is provided on orders, dealers / clients, prices and promotions.
Provide feedback to internal departments such as Marketing, Purchasing, R&D and Warehouse.
Ensure all mileage claims, receipts and expenditure are in line with the company’s policy.
