Our Oklahoma City, Oklahoma location is hiring Picker/Packers to join our logistics team! In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking items to fulfill customer orders and efficiently packing them for shipment. Your attention to detail and speed will directly impact our fulfillment accuracy and delivery times. This position is crucial for ensuring our customers receive exactly what they ordered, in excellent condition. You will work with an RF scanner to locate products and update inventory in real-time. We encourage a team-oriented environment where collaboration leads to success. Safety is our highest priority. All employees must consistently use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adhere to strict safety guidelines. Proper lifting techniques are essential for this role. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse locations based on order slips or scanner.
- Inspect picked items for damage and quality.
- Pack items securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate shipping materials.
- Label packages accurately for shipment.
- Update inventory systems with pick and pack status.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and surrounding area.
- Assist with inventory counts as needed.
- Follow all safety rules and wear required PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a picker/packer or in a similar warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
- Understanding of basic logistics and warehouse operations.
- Commitment to safety and proper use of PPE.
