Are you passionate about helping children thrive? Join Door to Hope’s MCSTART program as a Pediatric Occupational Therapist and make a lasting difference for infants and young children with developmental, physical, or behavioral challenges.
*What You’ll Do*
* Provide evaluations and therapy for children ages 0–11.
* Develop individualized treatment plans and support parents/caregivers in implementing them.
* Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive, family-centered care.
* Document assessments, progress, and treatment in an electronic medical record.
*What We’re Looking For*
* Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy (or bachelor’s if earned before 2007).
* Licensed in California and certified by NBCOT.
* 2+ years of pediatric OT experience preferred.
* Knowledge of sensory integration and early childhood development.
* Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
* Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Pay: $52.00 - $65.00 per hour
