What is the ATC?
Our Advanced Technology Center (ATC) is like no other testing and research lab. We call it an ecosystem that is front ended by our WWT Platform (Website). It's the place engineers and architects go for exclusive resources, guidance and tools. In the ATC, we provide Labs, Learning Paths, Cyber Range, Proof of Concepts, Lab Hosting Programs, and WWT Research. These offerings are meant for our Customers, Partners, and Internal Employees who need training and education on the latest and greatest solutions across all technology domains.
What will you be doing?
This role will reside within the ATC Services Sales Team with the Advanced Technology Center organization. This resource will be responsible for selling ATC Lab Services testing opportunities in the Security technology and solution domain space. This role will work with a wide range of security technologies and will focus heavily on solutions in demand by WWT customers. The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge and expertise with full stack infrastructure architecture including a deep technical knowledge in cyber security including endpoint, zero trust, firewalls, SASE, cloud security, and many other technologies in cyber domain.
Responsibilities:
Build and manage relationships with customers, OEM partners, and internal teams, serving as a primary technical escalation point
Independently own and drive pre-sales lab opportunities
Lead and coordinate calls with account teams, OEMs, and customer stakeholders
Conduct and support ATC tours, onsite customer/OEM visits, and executive briefings
Provide technical leadership during customer conversations
Support business development and marketing initiatives for ATC Lab Services opportunities
Create architectural diagrams, access guides, test plans, and documentation
Support creation of Price/Cost Estimates and Statements of Work.
Provide expert level technical input and direction throughout lifecycle ( scoping through delivery) of lab opportunities
Understand multiple security and technology domains
Foster OEM and Vendor partnerships that relate to selling ATC Lab Services opportunities
Ensure smooth transition to ATC delivery operations post-sale
Deep technical acumen around Cyber OEMs like Palo Alto, Cisco, Fortinet, Zscaler, Crowdstrike, Rubrik, S1, F5, Microsoft, and many others
Qualifications:
10+?years of information security experience as an engineer/architect. The ideal candidate will have combined experience as a security practitioner, security consultant.
1-3 years experience with 5 or more of the following: EDR, XDR, SASE, NGFW, SOAR, Breach & Attack Simulation, OT/IoT security, Micro-segmentation, AI Security, API security, Data Security, Application Security, PEN testing, and SIEM
Expert ability to perform concurrent tasks and projects in complex environments and adjusting priorities
Expert knowledge of current and upcoming information security technologies and operations
Ability to communicate and modify approach, language, and style to different audiences including executive levels
Expert experience in organizing resources, establishing priorities, and leading security initiatives and projects
Must have excellent communication skills, writing skills, and the ability to work with team members at all levels
Security and other certifications are preferred, but not required
Requirements:
A minimum of 10 years' progressive experience in a related field
CISSP Certified Information Systems Security Professional preferred
10% domestic travel required
Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $150,000.00 to $190,000.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.
