As an Enterprise Solutions Architect, you will design and implement cutting-edge solutions that meet the needs of Quality and the Industrial System. Your deep understanding of technology and business processes, combined with exceptional communication skills, will enable you to effectively engage with both business and IT stakeholders. This hybrid position is based in Dearborn, MI, requiring on-site presence four days a week. Qualified candidates may also receive relocation assistance. Occasional travel for stakeholder meetings and project implementations may be necessary. Your responsibilities will include... Solution Design:
Develop comprehensive solutions that align with our business goals and requirements.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Work closely with business partners, project managers, and development teams to ensure successful project execution.
Technical Leadership:
Provide guidance and support to development teams to achieve project milestones.
Innovation:
Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to foster innovation within the organization.
Documentation:
Create thorough documentation for solutions, including architecture recommendations and technical specifications.
What we're looking for... Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with relevant experience.
A minimum of 5 years in IT roles, including experience in cloud computing, software development, or architecture.
At least 2 years of experience as a Solutions Architect.
Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform for over 2 years.
Familiarity with Quality Related Issue Management tools like Jira or similar.
Preferred qualifications... Master's Degree in a relevant field.
A strong grasp of technology and business processes for effective collaboration.
Proven ability to lead initiatives, solve complex problems, and drive projects forward.
Excellent communication and analytical skills, essential for developing strategic materials and engaging key stakeholders.
A collaborative mindset with a customer-focused approach, skilled at managing evolving priorities.
Knowledge of Eight Disciplines for Problem Solving.
