We are seeking a motivated Distribution Center Associate for our facility in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This role is fundamental to the efficient operation of our distribution network and plays a key part in our overall Logistics strategy. You will be involved in various warehouse activities, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. We prioritize a culture of outstanding Safety , and all associates are expected to follow established procedures meticulously and wear required PPE at all times. This role requires physical stamina, as it involves significant Lifting , standing, walking, and bending throughout the shift. Accuracy and attention to detail are crucial for ensuring that orders are processed correctly and efficiently. The ideal candidate is a team player, adaptable, and eager to learn new tasks. Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory.
- Sort, stock, and organize products in designated areas.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.
- Operate warehouse equipment responsibly (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety protocols and wear required PPE.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Meet productivity and quality standards.
