El Centro Post Acute is hiring *Occupational Therapists (OT)* and *Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA)* for both part-time and full-time roles. We offer flexible staffing options including *W-2 employee positions or 1099 contractor arrangements* upon request.
Responsibilities
* Provide therapeutic evaluations and treatment to residents
* Implement individualized care plans to improve daily living skills
* Document resident progress and therapy outcomes
* Collaborate with nursing, clinical teams, and family members
* Support rehabilitation goals within a skilled nursing setting
Requirements
* Active California Occupational Therapy (OT) or COTA license/certification
* Excellent communication and documentation skills
* Commitment to resident-centered care and teamwork
