Coordinator, Visual Merchandising (Contract) The Coordinator, Marketing role strategically builds the profile of Holt Renfrew and its product and experience offering through the development of exciting and high standard events, and building exceptional relationships with media and community partners. Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following: · Working in partnership with Sr. Manager, Visual and Merchandising to coordinate all visual and merchandising schedules · Liaise with Special Events as point person for visual elements required for event(s) set up · Assist with the coaching and development of visual merchandising team, inspire through leading by example · Align costs of allotted budget and expense budget provided by Sr. Manager, Visual and Merchandising · Assist with communication of appropriate parameters, standards and directives set by Store Support to visual merchandising team · Ensure visual studio is maintained in a clean, tidy, organized and fashion · Assist with the direction in creating leading-edge presentations in windows and interiors while remaining true to Store Support Visual directives · Ensure visual presentation for Special Events are on time, within budget and standards are not compromised · Source materials and props as appropriate · Reinforce established visual presentation standards are maintained throughout the store and windows · Comply with all Health
