We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective account management and strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B sales, technology sales, and account management, with a proven ability to negotiate and develop business relationships. You will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence while ensuring client satisfaction. Datamax provides sales and technical training on black & white and color graphics technology, access to CRM database in which the targeted account information is readily available, technical, managerial, and even peer level support at point of sale, administrative support with proposal development and order coordination, a highly professional work environment, and a present, engaged executive staff. Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Conduct warm calls to potential clients to generate leads and nurture relationships. Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing accounts, and analyzing sales data. Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective strategies that align with sales goals. Lead negotiations with clients to close deals effectively while ensuring mutual satisfaction. Provide technical sales support by understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our products and services. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline management. Requirements
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in business process and strategic technology solutions (which can involve hardware, software, and/or professional services/consulting solutions) to targeted accounts located in surrounding areas. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport quickly. Demonstrated leadership abilities in managing accounts and driving team collaboration. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for tracking sales performance. Strong analytical skills to assess market data and inform strategic planning. Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team environment.
