Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends. Contribute to a positive and welcoming store environment. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Knowledge of hardware products and tools is a plus. Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory. Positive attitude and a passion for helping customers. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends. Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed.
