Your Tasks
You identify potential customers through targeted outbound activities (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn research) and generate interest in our solutions. You work closely with our account executives and accompany the entire sales cycle. You use a consultative, creative approach to understand the needs of our customers and deliver real value. What You Bring
1-2 years of experience in outbound sales or lead generation. Experience with CRM systems and tools like Apollo, Lusha, or Lemlist. Excellent communication skills
both written and on the phone. A charismatic, passionate, and customer-oriented personality. Independence, motivation, and the ability to adapt flexibly to new situations. Very good organizational and time management skills. German at a native level and good English in writing and speaking. Team spirit and a solution-oriented mindset. Nice to Have
