Responsible for assisting the Sales Representative with the day to day sales activities to include marketing and sales strategies, communications, and sales activities; both external and internal. Assists in the development and implementation of support materials and services for the Sales Representative. This role will allow the opportunity to gain first hand knowledge and experience in the Sales field with an experienced Sales Representative. Essential Job Functions
Maintain Sales Representative's schedule by planning and scheduling meetings. Ensure articulation of Sales Representative's desired image and position, assure consistent communication of the Sales Representative's image and position throughout the Sales Representative's territory and organization, and assure communication of the Sales Representative's image and position to all constituencies, both internal and external. Responsible for, design, production and distribution of all Organization publications supporting the sales representative. Assists with cause-related marketing and special events. Responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly activity and production reports for the sales representative. Assists with Real Estate Market data and client target research, with cooperation from sales managers and sales representative. Engage in WFG company culture that emphasizes engagement in our 4 Cs, quality of work and high performance. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the design and execution of marketing and communications. Demonstrated ability to build relationships and work in a customer service oriented environment. Strong creative, strategic, organizational and personal sales skills. Experience overseeing the design and production of print materials and publications. Commitment to working with shared leadership and in cross-functional teams. Ability to manage multiple projects at a time. Basic Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. Computer literacy in word processing, data base management and page layout. Strong oral and written communication skills. Must successfully pass a criminal history background check. Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field. Prior experience in Title Insurance/Settlement Services. Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Physical Requirements/ADA
No unusual physical requirements. Requires no heavy lifting, and nearly all work is performed in a comfortable indoor facility. Job frequently requires sitting, handling objects with hands. Job occasionally requires standing, walking, reaching, talking, hearing, and lifting up to 10 lbs. Vision requirements: Ability to see information in print and/or electronically. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
Days and hours of full-time position are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Part-time positions may be considered. Travel
