Collaborate with client and third‑party teams to manage dependencies and maintain solution integrity. Define integrations between GIS platforms and third‑party business systems. Provide infrastructure guidance for ArcGIS Enterprise deployments across cloud, hybrid, and on‑premises environments (Azure, AWS, VMware). Support DevOps practices including CI/CD, automation, and system monitoring. Documentation & Governance
Produce high‑quality design documentation, configuration guides, and migration plans. Establish and enforce standards for security, performance, and operational governance. Technical Leadership
Stay informed about Esri product roadmaps, industry trends, and emerging geospatial technologies; provide recommendations for adoption. Develop accelerators, reusable frameworks, and proprietary tools that help customers accelerate their geospatial and digital‑twin journeys. Represent nxzen at industry events, lead workshops, and support proactive initiatives for new opportunities. Support the GIS function leadership team in developing internal technical deployments and the technology strategy for the business. 3+ years’ experience as a Solution Architect specialising in GIS systems design and architecture. Expertise with the ArcGIS system, including ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online, and ArcGIS Pro. Strong knowledge of data modelling, ETL tools (e.g., FME, Python), and versioned editing workflows. Experience integrating enterprise GIS with third‑party systems. Understanding of Agile, DevOps, or hybrid delivery methodologies. Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences. Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and highly disciplined in managing time and priorities. Desirable (but not essential) Skills & Experience

Prior consulting experience in water, gas, or electricity utility transformation programmes. Microsoft Azure or AWS cloud certifications. Experience with Infrastructure‑as‑Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, ARM, or similar. Experience with non‑Esri and open‑source geospatial technologies. Experience integrating GIS with OMS, WMS, SCADA, or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Maximo). Summary
If you’re a Solution Architect with strong GIS expertise and a passion for creating meaningful impact through geospatial technology, we’d be delighted to hear from you. At nxzen, you’ll join a collaborative team where your ideas are valued, your growth is supported, and your work genuinely shapes the future of digital transformation.
