Roles & Responsibilities • An experienced QA Engagement Manager to lead the end-to-end transition of the Testing Portfolio for CUSTOMER Insurance and will be responsible for leading the Quality Assurance Center of Excellence (QA CoE) across all project, ensuring strategic alignment with business goals, and driving transformation initiatives across all segments. This role demands deep expertise in stakeholder engagement, delivery governance, and cross-functional leadership. • Act as the primary point of contact for CUSTOMER's testing leadership during transition. • Develop and execute stakeholder engagement plans, ensuring transparent communication and alignment with project goals. • Facilitate governance forums, workshops, and strategic connects to drive consensus and resolve conflicts • Risk & Compliance - Identify transition risks and develop mitigation plans. • Ensure all testing artifacts, environments, and tools are transitioned securely and compliantly. • Support CUSTOMER's audit and compliance teams with required documentation. • Metrics & Reporting - Define KPIs for transition success (e.g., defect leakage, test coverage, KT effectiveness). • Provide weekly dashboards and executive summaries to CUSTOMER and internal leadership.
