HCOA Fitness is the leader in the fitness industry in Puerto Rico with 14 gyms around the whole island. We focus on offering our members the necessary tools for achieving their goals and obtaining lifelong results. We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented gym membership salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fitness and wellness, with excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients. Duties And Responsibilities
Membership Sales:
Prospect, present, and close gym membership sales. Customer Service:
Provide exceptional service to clients, answering their questions and addressing their concerns. Product Knowledge:
Maintain a deep knowledge of the gym's services, facilities, and programs. Client Follow-Up:
Follow up with potential and existing clients to foster retention and additional sales. Goal Achievement:
Meet and exceed monthly sales objectives. Qualifications
Must possess a high school diploma or GED. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build relationships and connect with people from diverse backgrounds. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Results-oriented and motivated to achieve goals. Passion for fitness and wellness. Basic knowledge of the fitness industry (desirable). Flexible schedule - day, night, and/or weekend shifts. Benefits
