Purpose

As a Lead Enterprise Applications Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing the technical aspects of Divergent enterprise applications with a specific focus on Oracle Fusion Cloud as the primary application connecting other enterprise applications. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders from the business, IT peers, internal and external functional consultants, and developers, to ensure the successful delivery of enterprise solutions that enable our business requirements. Your expertise will be critical in guiding the technical design, development, and integration of enterprise applications to achieve optimal performance and scalability. 

The Role
  • Lead the technical design and architecture of enterprise applications at Divergent. 
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and functional consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into technical designs.  
  • Provide guidance and expertise on the configuration, customization, and extension of enterprise applications to meet specific user needs. 
  • Configure, test, and deploy solutions, supporting all phases of the project lifecycle. 
  • Guide business process optimization and transformation in the context of Oracle Fusion Cloud. 
  • Develop solution blueprints, process flows, gap analysis, and technical documentation. 
  • Oversee the development and implementation of integrations between Oracle Fusion Cloud and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation. 
  • Conduct technical feasibility assessments and provide recommendations for system enhancements, upgrades, and migrations. 
  • Define and enforce technical standards, best practices, and coding guidelines for Oracle Fusion Cloud development. 
  • Collaborate with development, integration, and security teams to ensure adherence to architectural designs and standards during the development lifecycle. 
  • Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance to ensure high-quality code that aligns with best practices and performance optimization.  
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to Oracle Fusion Cloud applications and provide timely resolutions. 
  • Stay up to date with the latest Oracle Fusion Cloud releases, features, and industry trends to provide proactive recommendations and enhancements. 
  • Support cutover, UAT, and production deployment, ensuring business readiness. 
Basic Qualifications
  • Ability to lawfully access information and technology that is subject to US export controls 
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 
  • 5+ years experience in integration patterns, service-oriented architecture (SOA), and RESTful APIs.  
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle database technologies, SQL, PL/SQL, and performance tuning techniques. 
  • 10+ years experience with cloud-based ERP technologies, infrastructure, and deployment models, such as Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. 
Preferred Qualifications
  • Oracle certifications in Oracle Fusion Cloud technologies.  
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation methodologies, such as Oracle Unified Method (OUM) or Oracle Application Implementation Methodology (AIM). 
  • Knowledge of Oracle Identity and Access Management (IAM) and security concepts in Oracle Fusion Cloud. 
  • Familiarity with Oracle PaaS offerings, such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), and Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS).  
  • Experience with DevOps practices and tools, such as version control systems, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), and automated testing frameworks. 
  • Background in aerospace, automotive, defense, or manufacturing industries 
  • Familiarity with other enterprise systems including MES, PLM 
Work Environment
  • Onsite preferred, open to remote/hybrid
Pay Range $127,260—$174,960 USD
