Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time position for an Associate Attorney at our office in Richfield, MN. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and assisting clients in their estate planning, long-term care, and special needs cases. The role will involve meeting with clients, negotiating agreements, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Law with a focus on Estate Planning, Long-term Care, and Special Needs legal matters
• Proficient in Labor and Employment Law
• Strong skills in researching and analyzing legal precedents
• Ability to provide thoughtful and accurate legal advice
• Proven experience in Negotiation and resolving legal disputes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Active license to practice law in Minnesota
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
• Experience working with diverse clients is beneficial
