Branch and Bloom Childcare Center – Burlington, KY
Pay: $14.25–$20.00 per hour, based on experience

Branch and Bloom Childcare Center is a Christian early education center located in Boone County, KY. We are seeking a dependable, warm-hearted Junior Kindergarten Teacher who is committed to preparing children for kindergarten through developmentally appropriate academics, social-emotional learning, and faith-based guidance.

This position is primarily responsible for leading the Junior Kindergarten classroom. The teacher will plan and implement daily activities that support early literacy, math readiness, self-regulation, and classroom independence. While this role is centered in Junior Kindergarten, flexibility is valued, and occasional support in other classrooms may be needed based on the needs of the center.

We are not only educators; we are caretakers of hearts and minds. All team members are expected to integrate basic Christian truths into the classroom in age-appropriate, loving ways. Applicants should be comfortable working in a Christian setting and participating in the spiritual life of the center.

Additional responsibilities may include:

Planning and implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum
Completing all state-mandated training hours
Maintaining classroom documentation and child assessments as required
Participating in routine classroom and facility cleaning
Occasionally assisting with administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; CDA or higher education in Early Childhood Education preferred
Previous experience in a childcare or preschool setting is advantageous
