Medical Assistant

We're looking for a Medical Assistant to join the team at Riverhead Primary Health. In this role, you'll support both front-office and clinical tasks to help ensure every patient receives quality, efficient care.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients with check-in, scheduling, and general inquiries
• Take vitals, prepare exam rooms, and assist providers as needed
• Maintain accurate electronic health records
• Communicate clearly with patients and staff to support smooth daily operations

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Medical Assistant/Technician program preferred (equivalent experience considered)
• Prior experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred, not required
• Intermediate computer skills (EMR experience a plus)
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
