JOB SUMMARY
Clarvos is hiring a Sales Enablement Manager to help our sales teams and clients scale effectively. This position is pivotal to Clarvos' GTM success. In this role, you will develop enablement programs, build training and onboarding systems, operationalize our sales playbook, and partner cross-functionally to equip our sales team to execute with consistency and excellence, while ensuring alignment across new product releases, messaging, and field readiness programs.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support GTM Execution:
Collaborate with go-to-market leadership and cross-functional partners to help execute Clarvos' sales strategy and support daily GTM activities. - Assist with Client Onboarding
: Contribute to new brand onboarding by gathering information, preparing onboarding materials, and reinforcing best practices shared by senior team members. - Prepare Client Materials:
Customize client-facing presentations, proposals, and enablement documents that communicate Clarvos' value and align with customer objectives. - Customer Support & Coordination:
Help maintain strong client relationships by coordinating meetings, tracking follow-ups, and ensuring a smooth experience throughout early sales stages. - Market Research & Insights:
Stay informed on digital marketing trends, competitive activity, and category insights; compile findings and share them with GTM leadership to guide product and strategy decisions.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally
- Solid understanding of digital marketing and performance-driven media
- Knowledge of key marketing KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, and attribution metrics
- Strong discovery skills and ability to translate client or sales team needs into clear solutions and materials
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Familiarity with emerging marketing technologies, especially AI and automation tools (preferred)
- Understanding of retail, CPG, or e-commerce industries (preferred)
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS:
Standing/Walking/Mobility: Must have the mobility to meet with clients in person as needed, attend meetings both remotely and in person.
Climbing/Stooping/Kneeling: 0% - 10% of the time.
Lifting/Pulling/Pushing: 0% - 10% of the time.
Fingering/Grasping/Feeling: Must be able to write, type and use a telephone system 100% of the time.
Sitting: Sitting for prolonged and extended periods of time.
