We specialize in Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT), Medical Weight Loss, and Anti-Aging Peptide Therapy. Our mission is to empower clients to achieve their optimal health and vitality through personalized care and cutting-edge treatments.

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a welcoming experience from start to finish
• Manage appointment scheduling, client check-ins, and payments
• Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and knowledgeably
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Support clinical and management teams with administrative tasks
• Assist with product sales, patient education, and promotions

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical spa, aesthetics, or wellness clinic setting
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional, polished appearance and demeanor
• Proficient with scheduling and EMR software (experience with medical spa systems a plus)
• Organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Schedule: Full-time Mon thru Friday
Compensation: competitive hourly rate based on experience
