Duties

  • Lead and supervise kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and food service teams, to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Develop and execute innovative menus tailored to our culinary concept, incorporating dietary considerations and seasonal ingredients
  • Oversee food production processes, ensuring high standards of taste, presentation, and consistency across all dishes
  • Manage inventory control and food safety protocols to minimize waste and maintain compliance with health regulations
  • Coordinate catering events and banquet services, delivering exceptional quality in large-scale food service settings
  • Implement shift management strategies to optimize staffing levels and workflow efficiency
  • Train team members on food handling, safety procedures, cooking techniques, and customer service excellence

Requirements

  • Proven culinary experience with a strong background in fine dining and restaurant environments
  • Demonstrated supervising experience in a fast-paced kitchen or hospitality setting
  • Extensive knowledge of food safety standards and dietary department practices
  • Skilled in food preparation, menu planning, and kitchen management with a focus on quality control
  • Experience in inventory management, cost control, and food production processes
  • Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, motivate staff, and foster a positive work environment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining attention to detail
