Responsibilities

• Take accurate food and drink orders using TOAST POS system, ensuring all requests are noted.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation.
• Assist with bussing tables, clearing dishes, and resetting tables for new guests.
• Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately while adhering to cash handling procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to answer guest inquiries effectively.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any special requests or dietary restrictions.
• Foster positive guest relations by addressing concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Uphold cleanliness standards in the dining area, including food handling practices and sanitation protocols.
