La Ville Imports Inc. is a New York–based wine and spirits importer and distributor representing a curated portfolio of European and international brands, including fine wines, sangrias, and specialty spirits. We work with restaurants, bars, retailers, and hospitality partners across the Northeast and beyond, with a focus on brand building, long-term partnerships, and thoughtful market development.

Role Description

This is a full-time, field-based role for a Wine & Spirits Sales Representative responsible for developing and managing our New Jersey territory. You will represent La Ville Imports' portfolio to on- and off-premise accounts, build new relationships, grow existing ones, and execute market strategy at the ground level.

The role is ideal for someone who enjoys being in the field, building a book of business, and working with high-quality brands in a relationship-driven industry. While our headquarters are in New York, this role is focused on New Jersey and requires regular in-market presence.

Responsibilities:


•Prospect, open, and develop new retail, restaurant, and hospitality accounts in New Jersey


•Manage and grow existing customer relationships


•Present and sell a portfolio of wine and spirits brands


•Execute tastings, placements, menu features, and in-store activations


•Track activity and accounts using CRM and internal tools


•Coordinate with operations, marketing, and leadership to support growth


•Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Qualifications


•Prior experience in wine, spirits, beer, or beverage alcohol sales strongly preferred


•Strong relationship-building and communication skills


•Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in the field


•Ability to manage a territory and prioritize accounts effectively


•Familiarity with the New Jersey on-premise and/or off-premise market is a plus


•Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the territory


•Comfort using CRM and basic sales reporting tools


•Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
