What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead precast engineering projects from initial design through completion, ensuring excellence in project delivery
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and agencies to ensure seamless project execution
• Create accurate drawings, plans, and specifications for precast projects aligned with industry standards
• Manage project budgets, scope, schedule, and staffing to ensure projects stay on track
• Mentor and develop team members to enhance their technical and professional skills

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• B.S. degree in Civil Engineering; Master's preferred
• 8+ years of experience in precast concrete design engineering for transportation infrastructure and underground structures
• Professional Engineering License (PE) preferred or ability to obtain it
• Proficiency in AutoCAD & RISA 3D
• Proven client relationship and business development experience

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Familiarity with ACI 318, ACI 350, ASCE-7, and AASHTO codes
• Familiarity with IBC codes
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and sound judgment skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
