Direct Support Professional 6AM-12PM

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals. As a Direct Support Professional, you will provide essential care and support to individuals with disabilities in a group home environment and day program. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Duties:
- Assist individuals with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Administer medications according to prescribed schedules and document medication administration
- Provide companionship and emotional support to individuals
- Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding if necessary
- Support individuals in participating in social and recreational activities
- Help individuals develop and maintain independent living skills
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of care provided

Requirements:

-High School Diploma/GED is required
- Previous experience in caregiving or working with individuals with disabilities is preferred
- Familiarity with developmental disabilities and working with people on the autism spectrum is a plus
- Ability to effectively communicate and interact with individuals of diverse backgrounds and abilities
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature

Current Shifts Available:

Monday-Friday 6AM-12PM

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
