Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise all kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment through effective team management and leadership.
  • Oversee food preparation, presentation, and quality control to ensure consistency with established standards.
  • Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste to optimize food costs.
  • Develop innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends while catering to dietary needs and guest preferences.
  • Coordinate food service operations during shifts, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality dishes in both dine-in and catering settings.
  • Enforce strict adherence to food safety regulations and sanitation standards to guarantee a safe working environment.
  • Oversee banquet and catering events, ensuring seamless execution from setup to service while maintaining exceptional quality.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in fine dining establishments with a strong background in food production and kitchen management.
  • Demonstrated supervisory experience leading culinary teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Extensive knowledge of food safety protocols, dietary accommodations, and inventory management practices.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members effectively.
  • Experience in menu planning, food handling, and catering operations within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
  • Familiarity with banquet experience, shift management, and restaurant experience is highly desirable.
  • Excellent cooking skills complemented by expertise in food service management, inventory control, and kitchen operations.
