Job Summary
We are hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and ABA Behavioral Therapists to provide structured, 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. You will work directly with clients implementing individualized treatment plans designed and supervised by a BCBA, with clear clinical goals and measurable progress. This role is ideal for professionals who want meaningful, hands-on clinical experience, consistent supervision, and real impact in a child's development. This is not a babysitting or childcare position; it is professional behavioral health work that requires focus, accountability, and commitment to evidence-based treatment.
Responsibilities
- Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA
- Provide 1:1 therapy sessions with children in home, clinic, or school settings
- Use evidence-based ABA techniques including DTT and NET
- Collect accurate session data and behavior metrics
- Follow Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) with consistency and fidelity
- Communicate professionally with supervisors and caregivers
- Maintain ethical and professional standards per BACB guidelines
Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)
- Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Ability to follow structured treatment protocols
- Reliable transportation (for in-home cases)
- Strong data collection and documentation skills
- Ability to pass background check and TB clearance
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain immediately)

Preferred Qualifications
- Prior ABA therapy experience
- Active RBT certification through BACB OR enrolled and eligible for certification
- Experience with early intervention
- Familiarity with DTT, NET, and behavior reduction protocols
- Interest in long-term clinical growth (BCaBA, BCBA track)
Schedule & Employment Type

Pay: $ $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
