Team Member and Shift Lead (hourly rate plus shared tip pool)

16 Handles, one of the most iconic frozen yogurt and soft serve brands, has opened the first Houston area location based in Montgomery At 16 Handles, our mission is to create moments of happiness by sharing the world's best-tasting desserts, centered around quality, self-expression, and fun. Our menu features frozen yogurt, ice cream, vegan soft service, over 50+ toppings, specialty drinks, and more. With an exciting range of flavors and toppings, exceptional service, and inviting store design, we strive to exceed expectations at every turn.

Responsibilities Include:

• Deliver legendary customer service to all guests by acting with a "guest comes first" attitude and by connecting with the guest.
• Learn and educate guests about nutritional information, allergens, and the self-serve process.
• Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Promote new products, partnerships, and LTOs (limited time offerings).
• Prepare all products following proper procedures and recipes.
• Operate POS system to process cash and credit card transactions.
• Handle delivery platforms and process orders.
• Prioritize important tasks and manage time effectively.
• Follow food safety and quality standards.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in all areas. The job requires constant cleaning of the store as guests come and go.
• Execute store operations during scheduled shifts. Organize closing duties as assigned.

Job Type: Part-time
