Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced restaurant showcasing exceptional customer service skills and a knowledge of cocktails. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, providing excellent service to patrons, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Engage with customers to provide a welcoming atmosphere and ensure their satisfaction.
• Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Assist with inventory management by tracking supplies and placing orders as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during busy periods, especially during banquets or special events.
• Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers.
• Provide support to fellow team members as needed to enhance overall service efficiency.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Starting pay will be $30 per hours.
Our hours for this position are Monday-Saturday 5:00 P.M. - 10:00 P.M.
