Production Manager

Position:  Production ManagerBakery Reports to:  Plant Director

We are looking for a Production Manager (Bakery) to join our Operations team at our Rossville Plant Our Production Manager (Bakery) is primarily responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the production bakery

Experience

• You have at least 3-5 years of production management experience preferably in a food manufacturing environment

Nice-to-Have

• Degree or Diploma in a related field

• Manage the daily activities and controllable costs of the bakery
• Manager, motivate, coach and guide the production team to ensure that they have the ability to deliver results
• Manage and develop the team and maintain a positive work culture
• Drive continuous improvement in plant operations, health and safety, and product quality
• Work with other departments to coordinate plan activities and accomplish bakery goals
• Ensure that effective manufacturing practices are continually utilized while meeting health and safety regulations
