Production Technician – Cannabis Manufacturing

Pay: $17.00–$18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8-hour shifts | 7AM or 8AM start times
Location: In person | Manufacturing Facility
Hours: 30–40 per week

About Us
States Top Packager, LLC & Cali-Cann Distribution is a business-to-business cannabis manufacturing facility. We produce pre-rolls, fill vape cartridges, and package cannabis products for licensed cannabis brands.

We do not cultivate cannabis and we do not sell directly to consumers. We manufacture the products behind the brands you already recognize.

The Role
As a Production Technician, you will be part of a fast-paced manufacturing team responsible for preparing cannabis products for retail distribution.

This role involves hands-on production work and may include rotating between tasks depending on daily production needs.

Typical responsibilities include:

• Operating or assisting with pre-roll equipment
• Twisting, closing, and finishing pre-rolled products
• Packaging cannabis flower, extracts, and vape cartridges
• Labeling, counting, and performing quality checks
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of your workstation
• Following SOPs, safety guidelines, and compliance requirements

Production output and quality are tracked. Consistency, attention to detail, and reliability matter.

Cannabis experience is not required.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
• Comfortable wearing PPE such as gloves, masks, and lab coats
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
