What you'll do

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly and taking their orders efficiently.
• Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety guidelines, ensuring quality and freshness.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) systems, including Aloha POS and Micros POS, to process transactions accurately.
• Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and boost sales.
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, kitchen, and food preparation areas by following sanitation protocols.
• Handle cash transactions with precision, ensuring accurate cash handling practices.
• Assist with bussing tables and restocking supplies as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.

Basic qualifications

• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also demonstrating individual initiative.

Preferred qualifications

• Previous experience in the food service or restaurant industry is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
