Server ( Sushi Bar )

Overview:
Upscale high-end Japanese Restaurant is hiring FOH staffs We are looking for qualified and motivated individuals with high-energy, strong multi-tasking abilities, and good understanding of team work fundamentals that are willing to work in a high-paced environment.

Position: Server

Earning :

• Tipooling / tip-sharing arrangements

• Minimum 2 yr full service restaurant server experience preferred

• Sushi Bar experience preferred .

• Avg earning : $30 - $45/ hr ( hourly+tips) earning after training & half server period

• Available to work both weekday and weekend

• Weekday lunches and Sunday availability has priority.

Responsibilities:

• Great work ethic ( punctuality, teamwork, and productivity, etc )
• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Deliver orders to tables promptly and ensure accuracy
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance the dining experience
• Assist in bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders

Experience:

• Proven experience as a Server in a full service restaurant setting
• Familiarity with POS systems, preferably TOAST POS
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle various customer needs
• Knowledge of restaurant operations including bussing and assisting in the kitchen when needed
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

• Japanese cusine knowledge is a plus
